I Leaves’ Eyes sono una band fondata nel 2003 dalla leggiadra Liv Kristine, ex vocalist dei tanto amati Theatre of Tragedy, e l’intera line up degli Atrocity, in cui milita anche il marito Alexander Krull. Il loro symphonic metal è uno dei più rinomati e apprezzati dell’intero genere, anche grazie alla splendida voce di Liv Kristine, un talento davvero raro, soave ed evocativo. Nel sound della band trovano oggi spazio composizioni molto più dinamiche e articolate, nonché passaggi folk degni delle migliori formazioni del genere.
